Depression

The simple word commonly used is sadness and when dived deep into it, if someone is upset due to some unavoidable circumstances for a longer time then note that it could be the face of depression    …..

According to google results and research patterns…

Every year approximately 8 lakh suicides take place and believe that roughly 17% are Indians,

Now, if we consider the case of the age group 13-17 years, it has been estimated that 4.3% affected are the students.

Social stigma is also the factor ….involved.

Presently, the sitch changing factor is SOCIAL MEDIA:

it is sure that it contributes towards depression in some way or other!!

To what extent social media

                        is responsible for the cause?

…………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………

Okay !! , Most of the time, people are not even aware that they are under the pressure of depression.

“Depression”  … Hearing this word creates a sensation of something fearful, being isolated from the rest of the world, and insecurity about life …..

Feeling lonely, guilt for some past actions or happenings or any other thing, the sleeping cycle is disturbed, the major argument is feeling worthless ….!!!  Some of the symptoms….observed …

Depression is like a pit and it’s a phase that comes in a person’s life may be… If I’m not wrong, when one falls in the pit, it is difficult to escape but not that impossible.

The best key to this lock is positivity…

#Self-confidence…

#Healthy conversation with loved ones.

#And these things can be done when one puts his/her self in their respective satisfactory hobbies ……

#The phenomenon of depression is dimensional……

Not only “you” is the only responsible person for this …..

Depression is one of the priority conditions covered by WHO’s mental health Gap Action Programme. It aims to increase services for people with mental, neurological, and substance use disorders through care. WHO has developed brief psychological intervention manuals for depression.

An example is Problem Management Plus, which describes the use of behavioral activation, relaxation training, problem-solving treatment, and strengthening social support. Moreover, the manual Group Interpersonal Therapy (IPT) for Depression describes group treatment of depression.

One of the best-approved cures for depression is spending some time in nature…

Avoid comparisons and work for the things you planned to make them a reality.

Every person is unique and it’s a universal truth, no matter what else anybody says…

Just have or develop the ability to talk about what you feel either good -bad -or sad …

Suicide is not the preferred way to get rid of the downfalls, God has gifted the “think”, use it.

Maybe today’s stress help you grow 1% more than yesterday…

Stay positive, stay healthy ……

( there is alot that can be written about this dimensional                                                                                phenomenon , above is just a piece)
